Flying into Innsbruck
The flight approach into Innsbruck, Austria, is simply spectacular! Passengers are almost at eye-level with the impressive peaks of the Alps. I took these photos on my flight to Innsbruck last summer. The massive peaks, the verdant valleys and the little villages were absolutely beautiful from the air!

Scuba diving in the Alps
Huh?! Yes, it’s possible to scuba dive in the Alps! One of the most popular spots to scuba dive in the Tyrolean Alps in Austria is the Blindsee. I’m still not quite sure what the divers get to see at the bottom of the lake.

How not to be a tourist
I guess this photo, taken in Innsbruck, Austria, says it all. This tourist was totally oblivious to the fact that she was standing in the middle of a busy road. In some countries, she would’ve been run over in a flash. Not in Austria though – the driver didn’t even sound his horn but simply drove around her…..
