Ice bar at the Snow Village
The Snow Village in Lainio, Finnish Lapland, is built every year of snow and ice and consists of individual rooms, a restaurant and bar and a chapel. It is an amazing sight and was one of the highlights of my trip to Ylläs. One of the first things I did when I checked into the village was have a shot of vodka from an ice glass at the Ice Bar!

Wow! I did go to an ice bar in Las Vegas, but the snow village blows it away!
I am cold just looking at this but it does look pretty awesome! Do they serve hot chocolate?
Haha, no, they don’t serve hot chocolate at the bar but there’s a separate ‘warm’ restaurant in the adjacent building and they serve it there.
