Endless fields of tulips in Holland
The area around Lisse, about 20km southwest of Amsterdam, is famous around the world for its vast fields of tulips and the Keukenhof. The best time to view these fields is in the second half of April. Hire a bicycle and explore the fields around Lisse, Sassenheim and Voorhout.

HI
I’m just curious, it is true that tulips are believed to be national flowers of the Netherlands? I love looking at tulips photos and I want to know more about it..How I wished I can visit toot he endless tulips at Hollands…
When visiting Keukenhof, I suggest skipping the boottrip (boat ride) altogether. It can get really freezing, plus the endless fields tulips gets boring after a while. I found the park to be much more interesting.
